ADMISSION:
One ticket per person. Children under 5 enter free; all others must possess a valid ticket.
REFUNDS:
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled.
CONDUCT:
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove disruptive guests without a refund.
MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY:
No flash photography or professional recording. By attending, you consent to being filmed/photographed for promotional purposes.
LIABILITY:
The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
SCHEDULE:
The event programme and schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
CAR PARKING:
Parking is available along the sides of Rajakeeya Mawatha. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s own risk, and the organiser will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.
ALCOHOL & SMOKING:
The consumption or possession of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the event premises during the main event.
FOOD & DRINKS:
Kindly refrain from consuming food or drinks inside the Arena. A designated Food & Beverage Area will be available for your convenience. We kindly request all guests to use this area when consuming food and drinks.
ADDITIONAL CONDITION:
The event organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the event premises if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of the event guidelines.
This event may be organized by a third-party organizer.
However, all ticket sales and payments are processed through DanceWear.LK and are subject to the website Terms & Conditions and policies.
